Where is American Force wheels made? ›

Our 220,000 sq ft, state-of-the-art facility in York, South Carolina, is beyond what we ever could have imagined. Featuring 27+ CNC machines, an automated powder-coating line, and presently the country's only operational wheel casting plant, it is the dawn of a new era for our brand.

First and foremost, American Force only makes forged wheels. Forged wheels are created by milling a round bar of forged aluminum in a CNC machine. Less material is required to create wheels via the forging process, resulting in a lighter product than comparable cast wheels.

FINISHING. The quality and variety of our custom finishes has always distinguished our forged wheels from the competition. Our powder coating department has endless techniques and colors at its disposal, whether it is a simple solid gloss black, or a totally unique brushed finish.

We apply the exact same level of dedication to designing our cast wheels as we do to our forged wheels. Concepts are explored and revised extensively, until we feel that we are putting out the best-looking wheels on the market.

Forged wheels are more expensive compared to cast and stamped, as the process of their manufacture is more complex and requires the use of special equipment. Compared to forged wheels, forged wheels may have a limited selection of designs due to the manufacturing process.

These tires are rated to carry from 3,500 up to 4,900 pounds per tire.

Brake dust, created by braking friction, is corrosive and can cause pitting of the wheel's finish. Most household cleaning agents are too harsh and must be avoided. Mild dish soap and water is all you need to properly clean your wheels`.

One of the biggest advantages of ceramic coating on Forged wheels is its durability. The coating can last for several years, even with daily use, and provides a strong barrier against the elements. This is especially important for those who love keeping their cars and wheels looking clean.

As a result, forged wheels can be much more durable with much less material thus far lighter than cast wheels. Since most forged wheels are individually made, there's a wide array of customization options such as diameter, width, offset, PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter/Bolt Pattern), brake clearance, and the finish.

Every Forgeline forged wheel is manufactured under one roof, at our manufacturing facility in Dayton, Ohio. Forgeline Motorsports is honored to be part of Dayton's manufacturing heritage and to leverage Dayton's culture of innovation and productivity.

Along with all custom wheel manufacturers today, most of the wheels they sale are made overseas. Specifically in China. But that doesn't mean that all American Racing wheels are made in China. Place of manufacturer varies depending on the type of construction.
