Harry Norman, Realtors

Every time our regular mailman goes on vacation, no one will pick up and or deliver our mail. It is June 15th and no one has come this week. It is ridiculous.

If you have a change of address that goes through the Dunwoody PO, get ready for weeks of delay, no explanations and half of your forwarded mail never being delivered. And nobody cares.

Your staff is the worse postal workers ever. Rude, lack of treating people with dignity & horrible customer service. As United States government employees, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I’ll drive to Peachtree Corners, Chamblee or the post office in the Walmart shopping center before I ever step foot in your post office again. My mother was a government employee for 38 years over all of military & civilian payroll. She stressed to me her role was to always provide her customers your employees excellent care. Y’all are awful!!

This post office is terrible! Lance in particular is extremely rude! He talks to you like your a stupid piece of trash. They won't let you drop packages anymore and I haven't been there for months so how was I to know. But if I talked to my customers the way he did me I wouldn't have a business anymore. There are always at least 6-10 people in line and they are SLOW. Boycott the USPS!!

I print labels and stamps at home to avoid the inevitable long lines at this poorly run post office. Today I was told I could not leave packages that already had postage on them at the counter, but have to wait on a line reaching past the main doors to 'hand' it to the cashier. The package drop-off in the lobby has not worked in months! They are such dolts....I will now have the post office pickup mail at my house for free instead of dropping it off.

I mailed Christmas cards at the Dunwoody post office on December 27th at the mailbox outside the building and as of today Dec. 7th out of town people have not received my card. Is the post office not collecting mail to deliver? What has happened to my cards that I put in the outside mailbox??

The post office should be a constant reminder why you do NOT want the government running your life. This post office has ALWAYS sucked. I called 16 times today. They never once answered the phone. They're also rude and angry in person. When you call the main post office line, it's an automated menu and of course a message about how you can trust them with your ballot. Yah, ok. My mail hasn't been delivered in 3 days and I can't get hold of a human but I can trust the USPS. The USPS is nothing more than a failed government agency.

After a month hold my held mail was not delivered as agreed on Thursday nor on Friday. On Friday the temporary carrier Jade Jones apologized and said she would drop off the held mail on her way home from work. She did in her personal car! That is well above and beyond the call of duty!! Our thanks!
