Well, yeah, there's some builds that don't have problems with anything, but the packs in poorjoys are considerably harder than the boss.

each time I do this map, each time I say "oh , I just killed the boss ?!"

I even don't know how the boss looks like Oo... he usually died even offscreen.

This map is easy if your dps is good enough... best defense in this map is to clean very fast.

haha the same thing happened to me...

i ran the map thought that piety would be the boss

then i run in to a titty bitch and seeing her toss out tons of spikes.... she was no harder then a rare

Glad your experience was better than mine...ran this map for first time EVER yesterday with my L82 witch CI summoner. Had AWFUL desync problems...died to it several times using all my portals before ever getting to the boss, while my minions were pretty much unscathed each time.

Really annoying since I rolled it till I got the numerous belts from boss.

Not sure if that amount of desync is normal in PJA map, but next time I'll run it with my tank just in case.

i had exactly the same experience, also today. did poorjoys for the first time

i was wall hugging hard because the packs were, imo, hitting quite f*cking hard, even compared to a 78 map. no deaths, but i was playing carefully.

but yeah just buzzing along and see what looked to me a regular white pack, and in maybe TWO HITS, i killed the boss and it dropped all the rares.

its just that the mods that make the map packs hard, dont do much for the boss

the boss is a unique tittybitch. tittybitches are made out of glass and shoot many fast projectiles that dont deal much damage.

so increased damage and life (features of this map) dont do sh*t to the boss. if you have ondars or arctic armour or high block, that damage increase doesnt mean anything, because your evasion/block rate is the same and good AA will nearly negate these hits as long as theyre not crazy damage.

on other hand, the packs are pain in the ass. detonate dead mages become no joke and can gimp an unprepared player, since DD scales off monster life.

so if you have ondars and are evasion, for example, the DD will hit you hard, especially if youre hit by vuln by whipping miscreation. burning miscreations were also a problem when they used to scale off life.
